Templeton showcases the songwriting talents of Michael Charles Dirksen, who having played with various bands since the early 90's, has built up a catalogue of songs that spans many genres. From playing with punk outfits, to folk music, exploring jazz, reggae and classical composers, Michael has slowly moulded his sound into what he likes to call 'ambient rock'. Having completed the construction of a recording studio, Templeton is free to dive deeper into the musical abyss to see whats on the other side. No live performances are scheduled yet, but all studio albums are available on major music sites.

The final moments
We are applying the last little tweeks to our new project before sending it off to the distributors. It has been quite a daunting task and my ears are feeling rather saturated at the moment, which means it's time to let this bird fly...

Quick update..
Hey folks, hope you all enjoyed your long weekend and that the easter bunny was kind to you..
Just a quick update on things Templeton side...We are in the "mastering " phase of our album and seem to be knocking down a song a day. The front cover design is also now complete. We hope for completion by the end of April. The album then has to be packaged and sent for distribution. Yikes people, well it's been a while since our last post. The new album has been taking it's toll on everyday chores and routine. 2012 Begins
Hi all, back from my little desert getaway (batteries slightly recharched). So 2012 is here and there is excitement, fear, anticipation, well lets say alot of energy floating about the place...need I say more.
